Intel Israel was founded in 1974 in Haifa as Intel's first development center outside the USA, and in 1981 the first factory outside the USA was established in Jerusalem.
Intel Israel is the largest private employer in the Israeli hi-tech, with three development centers in Haifa, Petah Tikva and Jerusalem, and a leading manufacturing facility In Kiryat Gat, which are all essential for the implementation of Intel's global IDM 2.0 strategy. We have developed and manufactured from Israel technological revolutions that have been changing lives around the world for five decades.

2023 Israel Gender Pay Gap Report
Intel Israel publishes the gender pay gap report for 2023 in accordance with the Equal Pay Law for male and female employees, which requires employers to publish a public report as well as to provide male and female employees with information regarding differences in pay for 2023. Intel is committed to diverse employment and a culture of equality and inclusion and welcomes the law that encourages transparency and accountability on the part of employers.
